এই শর্তাদি (“চুক্তি”) ওয়েবসাইট https://www.eshfamart.com (ওয়েবসাইট) এর ব্যবহারকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার আগে এই চুক্তি ভাল করে পড়ে নিন। ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে আপনি এই চুক্তির বাধ্যতামূলক হওয়ার সাথে সাথে সম্মত হন। আপনি যদি এই চুক্তির বাধ্যতামূলক হতে না চান তবে আপনি ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহার
আপনি এই চুক্তি অনুযায়ী কেবলমাত্র বৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। আপনি সম্পূর্ণ সম্মত হওয়ার সাথে সাথে এই চুক্তি মেনে নেওয়ার মাধ্যমে আপনি বলে থাকবেন যে:
a. যেকোনো প্রযুক্তিগত, স্থানীয় বা আন্তর্জাতিক আইন বা বিধি লঙ্ঘন করে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না।
b. অনুপযুক্ত বিষয়বস্তু উপস্থাপন করে মাইনরদের ক্ষতি করতে বা ক্ষতি করার চেষ্টা করতে বা এদের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য জিজ্ঞাসা করতে বা অন্য যে কোন উপায়ে দুর্বলতার সৃষ্টি করতে।
c. বিজ্ঞাপন বা প্রচারণামূলক কোনো উপাদান প্রেরণ করতে বা উৎপ্রেরণ করতে বা যেকোনো ধরনের প্রচারণামূলক চিঠি, চেইন লেটার, স্প্যাম বা অন্য যে কোনো উপস্থাপন প্রেরণ করতে।
d. ইশফা মার্ট, ইশফা মার্ট এর কর্মচারী, অন্য কোন ব্যবহারকারী বা কোন অন্য ব্যক্তি বা সংস্থাকে প্রতিনিধিত্ব করতে বা প্রতিনিধিত্ব করার চেষ্টা না করতে।
e. ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করতে কেউ কিছুই করতে পারবেন না যা যেমন ইশফা মার্ট বা ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহারকারীদের ব্যবহার বা উপভোগ বাধা দেয় বা যেমন ইশফা মার্ট বা ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহারকারীদের ক্ষতি করতে পারে বা তাদেরকে দায়ের করতে পারে যা ইশফা মার্ট এর দ্বারা নির্ধারিত হবে
ভিজিটরের তথ্য সংগ্রহ

পণ্য ডেলিভারি
অর্ডার প্লেস করার পর ইশফা মার্ট পণ্যগুলি গ্রাহকদের মাধ্যমে ২-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করবে। তবে, অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতি বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্বের জন্য ইশফা মার্ট দায়ী নয়।
পেমেন্ট মেথড
ইশফা মার্ট ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি এবং বিকাশ পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করে। ইশফা মার্ট পেমেন্ট মেথডগুলি পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে এবং যে কোনও সময় বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
রিটার্ন পলিসি
পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হলে গ্রাহকরা ডেলিভারি তারিখের ১৪ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারেন। ইশফা মার্ট কোনো ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত বা প্রতিস্থাপন জারি করবে। গ্রাহকরা অন্য কোন কারণে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবে না।
সরকারি আইন
এই চুক্তি বাংলাদেশের আইন জাতীয় ডিজিটাল কমার্স পলিসি, ২০১৮ (২০২০ সালে সংশোধিত), ডিজিটাল কমার্স পরিচালনা নির্দেশিকা ২০২১, ডিজিটাল সিকিউরিটি এক্ট ২০১৮ অনুসারে পরিচালিত হবে এবং ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
এই চুক্তিতে পরিবর্তন
ইশফা মার্ট এই চুক্তি যে কোনও সময় বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে। এই চুক্তির পরিবর্তনের পোস্ট করার পর যদি আপনি ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যান, তবে আপনার পরিবর্তিত চুক্তি গ্রহণ করা হয়ে গেছে মনে করা হবে।

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the website https://www.eshfamart.com (the “Website”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Website. You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to use the Website:

e. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined by ESHFA MART, may harm ESHFA MART or users of the Website or expose them to liability.
Collection of Visitor Information
ESHFA MART uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to collect information about visitors to the Website. This information may include the visitor’s IP address, the pages they visit, the duration of their visit, and the website they came from. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the Website, track users’ movements around the Website, and gather demographic information about our user base.
Product Delivery
ESHFA MART will deliver the products to the customers within 2-5 working days after placing the order. However, ESHFA MART is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control.
Payment Methods
ESHFA MART accepts payment through Cash On Delivery and bKash. ESHFA MART reserves the right to change its payment methods at any time without notice.
Return Policy
Customers may return products within 14 days of the delivery date if the products are defective or damaged. ESHFA MART will issue a full refund or replacement for any defective or damaged products. Customers may not return products for any other reason.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh National Digital Commerce Policy, 2018 (amended in 2020), Digital Commerce Governance Guidelines 2021, and Digital Security Act 2018.
Changes to this Agreement
ESHFA MART reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes to this Agreement will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes.
